Mr. Sherman is a seasoned executive with over 35 years experience. He began his career with the Department of the Navy and has worked in the aerospace industry, including serving as General Counsel of Fairchild Space & Defense Corp. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President at Orbital Sciences Corporation operating three divisions and carrying out several acquisition and divestiture projects. Sherman is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business and the School of Law at the University of Pennsylvania, and received a Masters of Laws of Taxation from Georgetown University School of Law. Mr. Sherman is currently Deputy General Counsel at NASA.
