Mr. O'Hanlon's expertise is in buying, selling, processing and distributing a wide variety of seafood products. He has been involved in the seafood industry for over 28 years. Mr. O’Hanlon began his career in the wholesale seafood business at RJ Cornelius, Inc. and C&O Sea Products at the Fulton Fish Market, where he oversaw distribution to restaurants, retail stores and other seafood wholesalers. Later, Mr. O’Hanlon expanded into the chain store market with Sunrise Seafood in Islip, New York and eventually joined forces with Levittown Fish Market in Farmingdale, New York. At Levittown Fish Market, Mr. O’Hanlon currently moves 50-100 tons of fresh seafood products every week and supplies more than 1,000 supermarkets belonging to four major chains. Mr. O’Hanlon also has experience at the retail level and his overseas salmon farming ventures included, Sea Star International in Norway and Eric King Fisheries in Newfoundland.
