Brian O'Hanlon recommends the book Hooked by G. Bruce Knecht.

This book does a great job illustrating the challenges of enforcing fisheries, espectially on the high seas. It is an exciting adventure of a fisheries patroll boat chasing a pirate fishing vessel half way around the world, the behind the scencs legal drama that unfolded and the story of how Patagonian toothfish (aka Chilean sea bass) became so popular around the world.
